The client trip was for their annual President’s Club program and the requirement was for The Traveller to deliver a world-class experience.
To give the delegates something truly memorable we leveraged our deep relationships in elite, global sporting events and we looked to execute a program to World Cup Brazil, 2014.
Unique, one-of-a kind experiences outside the amazing seats and hospitality at the two games were developed to provide client and guests with an intimate impression of Brazil and the cities we visited. Fundamental principles were applied, access, exclusivity, unique use of local assets that were not available to individual attendees and a few amazing surprises punctuated the experience for our clients.
Corcovado ( Christ the Redeemer )is a highlight site of Rio. We were determined to provide our guests with an exclusive opportunity to enjoy the views and ask questions of our guides in a private setting. We paid for exclusive access to Corcovado for 1 hour prior to public access. Strategic separation of our guides and rotation around theplatform provided our guests a comprehensive description of all the views and sites from the platform without having to speak over any other guide or guests.Extremely well received and appreciated by all delegates and companions.

The convergence of the right soils, climate, elevation, and skills of the grapegrower and winemaker, make Napa Valley the most revered wine appellations in North America.
The Traveller has executed multiple, bespoke incentive programs to the area that featureworld class wine tastings and culinary delights from the region.
Accommodations have included the exclusive, world-class Colistoga Ranch. Delegates were treated to wine tasting experiences at some of the finest wineries in the area including but not limited to: Fairchild, Checkerboard,Opus One, Clos Pagase, etc.
Privates bookings on the Wine Train and at the Culinary Institute of America helped make this experience unforgettable for our delegates.

The Traveller curated a very memorable 7 night experience in Japan. The home base of operations was in Tokyo with unique, bespoke events curated in neighboring cities of Hiroshima, Motegiand Kyoto.
The Traveller team programmed all 7 days inclusive of meetings, side excursions, shopping shuttles, dine arounds, group dinners, welcome reception and the farewell gala.
Highlights for the group included a Private Sumo Demonstration with a former Grand Champion, behind-the-scenes access to the world-renowned Tokyo fish market and a day with royalty at the Imperial Palace.
