Jason has over 20 years of experience in the areas of strategic partnerships, corporate sponsorships and event management within the sports and entertainment sector. Most notably Jason spent close to 5 years working on sponsorship sales, event creation and marketing and digital strategies for the National Football League in Canada. His proven track record of driving client value, adds another layer of success to the superior customer service The Traveller Inc. provides its customers. Jason’s peers have described him as a smart, driven and decisive leader. In his spare time, Jason is devoted father and long-distance runner, having participated in ultra marathons throughout the world.
Bianca brings a wealth of knowledge and attention to detail with her 9+ years at the Traveller Inc. She has planned incentive programs the world over as well as elite sporting events to Super Bowl and World Cup, to name a few. When Bianca is involved in operating programs, her innate ability to turn ordinary into extraordinary shifts into high gear. An excellent communicator, her client relationship skills are second to none and keep our clients coming back for more! It was these characteristics, coupled with her keen leadership skills that led to her recent promotion as Director, Event Operations.
Diane's fifteen years in incentive travel and event management have made her an expert in strategizing planning and executing programs and events that motivate, inspire and engage. She has developed and led award-winning incentive solutions and experiences that are integrally aligned with clients’ unique business needs and objectives. Diane began her career as a Program Manager, developing a keen eye for operational excellence. Utilizing the skills and perspectives she developed in this role, Diane was promoted into a sales and client management position. In her 10 years as an Account Executive, Diane was a strong partner to her clients, offering reward and recognition solutions that enabled her clients to receive great returns on their investments. With strong communication and relationship managemen tskills, Diane enjoyed many years of partnership with clients before moving into a management role as Director of Operations. During her time as Director, Diane has successfully built operations teams, managed a company merger and earned the trust and respect of her team members. Her empathetic, calm and solutions-focused approach has ensured that her team members felt heard and supported in their roles. Diane is incredibly passionate about the power of incentive travel and business events and has been active in the industry for many years. Having served two terms as President and 6 years on the Board of Directors of SITE Canada, Diane has long been a champion of volunteering and the benefits of giving back to the industry. Her time volunteering with SITE led to her being inducted in the Canadian Meeting and Events Expo Hall of Fame in 2020 in the Industry Volunteer category. Diane’s fascination with the dynamics of human interaction and behavior continually inspires her to be a leader in her personal and professional lives.
Debbie joined The Traveller with over 25 years-experience with successfully lead product buying and account teams. She is a seasoned MICE market business developer with proficient skills, knowledge, sales and planning execution within this market. Debbie has proven herself as someone who knows how to grow client's business and engage its employees and channel partners. Thriving in both leadership and co-lead roles, Debbie has contributed to positive business results. She has worked globally, with Fortune 500 companies in the automotive, insurance, financial, technology and food industries, just to name a few.
Penelope is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, 8 of which have been with The Traveller Inc. She currently manages the very demanding Air Department with her remarkable organizational skills and professional demeanor. Penelope is an acute listener, enabling her to routinely exceed guest’s expectations. She is an expert at securing passenger reservations and effectively handling an assortment of booking issues, all while maintaining quality standards. Penelope is known for her attention to detail and her endless patience, which she uses on a regular basis as a parent to her three children.
